Delivery Conditions within Sweden
The delivery time is normally 1-3 days. If we need to order products from the supplier, the shipping time is usually 14-18 days. However, certain special orders may take longer. We have the largest warehouse in the Nordic region and always strive to have as much as possible in stock.
All goods are free in Kristianstad. PostNord is used unless otherwise agreed upon.

Once you have placed an order, your items will be shipped to you.
The following conditions govern the relationship between Contact Sports AB and you when you make a purchase from our online store.
You must be at least 18 years old to shop at our online store. But if you are under 18, don't worry, just ask a guardian to place the order for you.
All prices include VAT for deliveries within the EU (unless otherwise stated, such as in email quotations). If you order from outside the EU, such as Norway or Switzerland, import charges such as customs and VAT may apply. This is something required by your country, and we have no control over it.
We reserve the right to incorrect prices and final sales of a product.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated when you proceed to the checkout. Sometimes there may be errors in the shipping calculation. If that happens, we reserve the right to change the shipping cost without prior notice on the invoice.
Warranties We follow the manufacturers' warranty policies. Please inquire about the warranties that apply to the product you are interested in purchasing.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal You have a full right of return within 14 days of receipt. Returned items must be in substantially unchanged condition and packaged to prevent damage during transport. You are responsible for the return shipping cost and transport risk. All returns must be approved by us before the return is made. NOTE: TEAMSHOP & Custom printed products cannot be returned as they are specially printed upon order. Therefore, make sure to order the correct size.
If we have sent the wrong items, the item is damaged or defective during transport, please contact us as soon as possible via email at email@example.com or by phone at 044-106 755. We will inform you how to return the item to us. We do our utmost to ensure your satisfaction. You can receive a new item, a refund, or have the funds held for your next purchase. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Please note that the product and packaging must be undamaged. You must protect the product and packaging to prevent damage during transport. If the product or packaging is damaged, the return may be rejected, and fees may be charged. NOTE: Shoe boxes must be packaged so that the box is in new condition. If stamps and/or tape are present on the box, you will be charged 50 SEK for a new box.
Unclaimed Packages We charge a fee of 300 SEK to cover our costs for unclaimed packages.
Once we have received your order, it should normally not take more than five business days for you to receive the order. Orders received on Friday afternoon and weekends are usually processed on the next business day. We collaborate with PostNord for fast and secure deliveries.
We always contact our customers within 2-3 business days, either by phone or email, to verify information or suggest changes, etc. Otherwise, you will receive an SMS or email with delivery instructions and any payment instructions.
If you haven't been contacted by us/post within 2-3 business days, please contact us, as there may have been an error in handling your case.
We report all fraudulent orders and scams to the police.
