Return/Exchange Policies

14-day right of return

You have the right to return the goods within 14 days after receipt.

In order to start a return request you should log onto your account on our website and go to your order history. There you can find the order which includes the product/products you would like to return. 
After a approved return request you will be provided with a returnslip that you can download from your account. If the returnslip is used the return freight cost will be deducted from your refund.

Returned items must be in substantially unchanged condition and must be packaged in a way that they are not damaged during transport. You are responsible for the shipping costs and transport risk for the return. All returns must be approved by us before the return is made.
TEAMSHOP & Custom printed products cannot be returned as they are specially printed upon order. Therefore, make sure to order the correct size.



30 Day Exchange Policy. When exchanging products, a new order for the new products must be placed and paid for- afterwords they will be shipped together with a return shipping label that you can use to send the items you want to exchange back to us.  Once we recieve the unwanted/exchanged items we will do a refund for those items. As a customer you are responsible for the shipping of the new order as well as the return shipping cost.

NOTE! TEAMSHOP & Custom printed products cannot be exchanged as they are specially printed upon order. Therefore, make sure to order the correct size.


If we have sent the wrong items, the goods are damaged or broken during transport, please contact us as soon as possible by email at or by phone at +46-(0)44-106 755. We will inform you how to return the item to us. We do our utmost to ensure your satisfaction. You can receive a new item, a refund, or have the funds stored for your next purchase. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Please note that the product and packaging must be in undamaged condition. You must protect the product and packaging to prevent damage during transport. If the product or packaging is damaged, the return may be rejected, and fees may be charged.

NOTE: Shoe boxes must be packaged in a way that the box is in new condition. If stamps and/or tape are on the box, you will be charged 150 SEK for a new box.

To make the return process as smooth as possible, you can now initiate returns via our website.  After you have logged in, you can go to Account and there you can select the order that includes the item/items you would like to return. Once the return has been confirmed by us you will be able to print your Return Label directly from our website. After printing, you need to attach the prepaid return shipping label to your packaging and drop it off at the nearest postal agent. As a customer, you are responsible for the return shipping when sending the item back to us. If you use the prepaid return label, the shipping cost will be deducted from the amount refunded to you. If you regret your purchase, Contact Sports will refund the amount you paid for the item, excluding delivery costs. The refund will be made within 14 days from the day Contact Sports received your notice of exercising the right of withdrawal.
